Implementing a performance plan necessarily involves taking into account the realities and constraints on the ground, so as not to build performance plans (productivity, service rate, internal quality, TCO, etc.) “out of the ground”! This awareness of operational realities and the identification of levers for improvement takes place during the diagnostic and scoping phase of the performance plan, in order to ensure “ambitions-culture-means” consistency.
