Securing the supply chain
Anticipating malicious acts
Supply chains are porous places, vulnerable to malicious acts: in transport chains, on storage sites, at factory exits, during final delivery – so many places, so many moments that make flows vulnerable. Their ubiquity, the fact that a large number of operations are carried out by external third parties, the ways in which they are pooled and the widespread sharing of information make these flow chains vulnerable.
The consequences include a deterioration in customer service, products, resources and the company’s image. Employees in the supply chain may also be exposed.
Our Supply Chain and Logistics consultants support our customers in auditing the security of their Supply Chain (detecting potential or already revealed areas of vulnerability) and in finding solutions that will protect their customers, their products and their brand image from the effects of any malicious attempt.
Fewer thefts, lower insurance premiums and reduced risks as such are contributions that are much appreciated today by general management.
