Supply Chain

We approach the supply chain as a producer of services: availability, lead time, reliability of lead time, logistics quality, tracking, etc. The supply chain contributes to enriching the offering by creating value for the customer. Service quality is an important competitive advantage for them. Our starting point for any Supply Chain approach is marketing: service quality. It implements solutions that contribute to corporate social responsibility (CSR, green logistics, reverse logistics, etc.). It improves profits by reducing costs.

Its strategic dimension is to continuously adapt its response to best support strategic developments in purchasing, logistics, operations management, marketing, sales and product support, by setting objectives and mobilizing resources to achieve them.

Managing activities over time (procurement, production, order preparation, warehousing, transport, maintenance in operational condition, returns, etc.): this is the planning component.
Carrying out operations in the field: this is the execution dimension.

Newton Vaureal Consulting’s teams of supply chain experts deal with all the components of the supply chain, taking a cross-functional approach (involving all the necessary functions within the company) and a cooperative approach (involving all the necessary players in the value chain: suppliers, customers, service providers, etc.).

This is achieved by combining the skills of vision development, organization design, information system selection and deployment, and implementation in line with the principles of operational excellence.

Our Supply Chain expertise

Reconciling operational urgency (reactivity) with the need to launch the right projects and make decisions for the future (anticipation) is no longer tenable without taking a step back to re-examine supply chain strategy and offer business support scenarios in an uncertain environment.
