Our team
The team is made up of three types of profiles:
- The Associates are experts with long-standing professional experience: Supply Chain managers and consultants for many years, Business School professors and consultants.
- The managers who supervise our assignments all come from the world of distribution or industry. They have profiles that enable them to manage the day-to-day running of an assignment with Newton.Vaureal Consulting’s teams of consultants and our customers’ teams.
- Consultants, all of whom have several years’ prior professional experience.
Alexandre de la Nézière
- 25 years of professional experience
- ESM Saint-Cyr
- ESSEC, Specialized Master in Supply Chain Management
- APICS certified
Through his career with Newton. Vaureal Consulting and, before that, in operational positions in industry, Alexandre de la Nézière has developed solid expertise in supply chain management, initiated by specialized training at ESSEC.
As a consultant since 2007, he has worked with a wide range of clients, from manufacturers (metallurgy, agri-food, healthcare, high-tech, etc.) to retailers (supermarkets and specialized distribution), where he has led missions to implement processes and organization in the fields of demand management, forecasting, planning, procurement, distribution and customer relations. He masters best practices in both supply chain management and physical logistics. He also has a very good knowledge of supply chain information systems, having implemented them in various companies.
Main references: design and implementation of S&OP, logistics master plans, choice and deployment of information systems (ERP, APS, WMS, TMS), support for new supply chain directors, organizational audits, digital transformation.
Philippe-Pierre Dornier
- 30 years of professional experience
- Nancy Mines
- Professor at ESSEC
- DEA in Industrial Engineering, Ecole Centrale Paris
- PhD in Engineering and Management, Mines de Paris
- IHEDN auditor (49th class)
Philippe-Pierre Dornier is an expert in supply chain management. For more than 20 years, he has been active in this field, creating value through his consulting missions, his internationally recognized expertise, his research, his teaching and his published articles and books.
As a consultant, he has been entrusted with the management of major transformation projects both in industry (all industrial sectors or associated) and in public administration, notably at the Ministry of Defense. His scope of intervention covers the full range of issues inherent in supply chain management: strategy development and overhaul of European and global supply chain organizations, restructuring of logistics systems, development of logistics master plans, design and deployment of logistics back offices, development of territorial logistics strategies and deployment, etc.
He has been brought in to support projects involving highly structured stakeholders who are deeply committed to their own solutions and wary of integration with other entities. His work on developing Supply Chain solutions on a multi-country, European, or global scale serves as a strong example of this expertise.
He is uniquely experienced in managing complex projects, which require both a systems approach to integrating multiple players in a supply chain, and a sense of practical application to make recommendations realistic.
He knows how to communicate with people of all levels, from Group Executive Committees and political decision-makers to business unit managers.
